Terms & Conditions for hdx4d

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to open and maintain a hdx4d account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as Players.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of hdx4d or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or service providers.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition applies to the type of services offered by hdx4d.
• You have not previously had an hdx4d account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

hdx4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the hdx4d compliance team may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you will notify hdx4d promptly of any changes to your eligibility status.

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on hdx4d, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, date of birth, and your city of residence within Indonesia. All fields marked as mandatory during registration must be completed accurately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hdx4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where such prohibition applies to the type of services offered by hdx4d.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request.

hdx4d collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the hdx4d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory bodies where required by law or contract.

hdx4d applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the player's browser and the platform servers. Player financial data and sensitive personal information are stored in encrypted form and are not accessible to unauthorized internal personnel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdx4d, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, howsoever caused.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on hdx4d services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, force majeure, regulatory action, or any other cause beyond hdx4d's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or draw results that are attributable to third-party data providers or game studio systems, provided that hdx4d takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.

Nothing in this clause shall limit hdx4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by hdx4d's gross negligence. The platform's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A Player may close their hdx4d account by submitting a closure request via the live chat support channel, provided that there are no open bets, pending withdrawals, or active compliance reviews on the account at the time of the request.

hdx4d may suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hdx4d.
• The Player's account shows signs of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• hdx4d is required to close the account by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC and compliance checks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hdx4d holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via hdx4d's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hdx4d from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the platform's legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or player fund integrity.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of the hdx4d platform complies with applicable local laws. hdx4d does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. The Player assumes sole responsibility for compliance with local law.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. hdx4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
